How long has the company been established?
The company was established in 1979 to manufacture and market high quality coatings direct to the general public and is now one of the market leaders in the Industry.

Because our coatings are guaranteed unconditionally for 20 years.
And because they are totally maintenance free and will protect a house completely against the ravages of the British climate.
Do you provide training?
YES!
We consider our training programme to be second to none.
We have a training course designed to enable a prospective sales representative acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.
After your initial training your manager will be available to assist whenever you need his help. His job is to build on that initial training and further develop the skills you have already achieved.
How much technical knowledge do I need?
Less than you probably think
If you have no knowledge whatsoever of the building industry it does not matter.
We will teach you what you need to know during the initial training course.
In any event, do not worry about this aspect of the work as your success will depend far more on your level of determination and sales skills, rather than your knowledge of the building industry.
Are leads supplied by the company?
Yes!
And not just leads, but qualified confirmed appointments!
We guarantee, yes guarantee! To provide every single one of our salespeople with an absolute minimum of 14 qualified confirmed appointments each and every week without fail!
How much travelling is involved?
Because we can direct our canvassers to the area of our choosing, rather than rely on the scattered response of an advertising campaign, we can supply leads in a salesperson’s own area.
This means that travelling to an appointment is restricted to three quarters of an hour at the most.
Are management opportunities available?
Yes
We have both ‘Area Managers’and ‘Regional Managers’.
As a result of our programme of continued expansion, we are always looking for salespeople with management capabilities.
Promotion is definitely from within and if you have the desire and ability to progress within the company you most certainly will not be overlooked.
Is this a full time opportunity?
Most definitely.
We guarantee to keep you fully occupied with confirmed appointments every evening during the week and at least one full day at the weekend.
Of course, as a self-employed salesperson you are free to take occasional time off and all we ask is for a few days notice in order to organise your appointment schedule.
How competitive is the market?
It isn’t!
Although Textured Coatings have been sold in this country for many years the market is surprisingly non-competitive.
It is very rare for one of our sales people to be confronted by a prospective customer looking to obtain several quotes.
If you have ever sold products such as double glazing, fitted kitchens or bathrooms, life insurance or pensions, you will be pleasantly surprised by the lack of customer resistance.
How much can I REALISTICALLY expect to earn?
The average , yes average, commission per order is around £500 - but that’s only the half of it!
In addition to commission we pay bonus 4 times a year. REALISTICALLY you should make £25,000 during the year from bonus alone.
Thanks to our flexible pricing policy you can still earn significant commission - and bonus - even when you write business well below normal prices.
You can certainly expect to earn well in excess of £60,000 a year in total - REALISTICALLY!
Our sales package is second to none. If you take advantage of it you will certainly be one of the top earners in direct selling.
How much do your top people make?
Lots!
We regularly pay out weekly commission cheques in excess of £2,000!
Our top salesperson is on course to earn £50,000 in bonus alone this year!
Several earn well in excess of £100,000 in total from commission and bonus
What other financial benefits do you offer?
